Meet the Manistee County Road Commissioners VICE-CHAIR - Jeffrey Lawrence Mr. Lawrence was first appointed to the Board in February of 2021 to fill a vacant position that expired in 2022. He has been reappointed to serve until 2028. He was elected Vice-Chair in 2024.
